SOME PICTURES OF TABLES SUPPLIED TO SHOW JUST SOME OF THE VARIATIONS TO STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS AVAILABLE.
The above table, delivered to the Manchester area, was wanted to be able to turn around in it's own length. To achieve this it was fitted with 4 wheels instead of the standard 3, with the 2 nearest wheels in the pictures fully castoring and with brakes fitted. The 2 furthest wheels can be castoring, but with a lock on each to fix them in the straight ahead position. So whatever your requirements are, just give us a call to discuss what it is you need.
Even if you are involved in non-welded fabrication, you could find advantages in using our table systems to hold all sorts of structures whilst being assembled, like the workstation above, even if it involves materials like composites?
Two of our powered pivoting tables with tooling ready to be packaged up for shipping to our customer SAS International up near Edinborough to help speed up production and help with accuracy to produce large panels and frames for suspended ceilings in buildings like train stations and airports as well as commercial premises.
Above you can see an example of how one customer has moved the T-slot rails outwards on two of their three tables, to enable them to manufacture a frame that is considerably larger than the tables themselves. A great illustration of how flexible and adaptable our T-slot tables are compared to ones full of holes, which often are not where you need them to be!
Products like our Ergofix manipulator are ideal for fabricating awkward to produce items that need to be tilted and rotated in several different ways to weld as easily as possible. However they do have great benefits outside of welding and fabricating, for example when assembling control boxes and other items that present access problems during assembly and tilting and turning the item helps with routing cables or pipework for example.
Our X-pro lift trolleys are another example of our products that have a wider range of uses than just welding and fabricating. So if you are involved in a moving production process that requires an item to be held as it moves through a production process at different work stations, then these could be a solution.
