The above table, delivered to the Manchester area, was wanted to be able to turn around in it's own length. To achieve this it was fitted with 4 wheels instead of the standard 3, with the 2 nearest wheels in the pictures fully castoring and with brakes fitted. The 2 furthest wheels can be castoring, but with a lock on each to fix them in the straight ahead position. So whatever your requirements are, just give us a call to discuss what it is you need.

Above you can see an example of how one customer has moved the T-slot rails outwards on two of their three tables, to enable them to manufacture a frame that is considerably larger than the tables themselves. A great illustration of how flexible and adaptable our T-slot tables are compared to ones full of holes, which often are not where you need them to be!
Products like our Ergofix manipulator are ideal for fabricating awkward to produce items that need to be tilted and rotated in several different ways to weld as easily as possible. However they do have great benefits outside of welding and fabricating, for example when assembling control boxes and other items that present access problems during assembly and tilting and turning the item helps with routing cables or pipework for example.
